The Public Access Television Corporation (PATV) is proud to announce that our producers have garnered awards at the ACM-NE Video Festival – 2017(Alliance for Community Media – Northeast)

The mission of the Alliance for Community Media is to advance democratic ideals by ensuring that people have access to electronic media and by promoting effective communication through community uses of media.  The ACM-NE is a regional board of this national organization and supports the mission of the ACM and all our regional members.

First Place was given to “Our Veteran’s Stories: Vietnam Steven Tagg”, in the category of “Historical Documentary”.  PATV producers: Shirley Ann Bruno, Steven Tagg and Marcelo Mendez.

In the same category, Second Place was awarded to “Lithuania & Latvia”, PATV producer: Phyllis Sternemann.
